NA Guild Recruitment
The purpose of the Guild Recruitment forums is to provide Astellians with a safe place to seek out new members or find a new home. Harassment or disruptive posts are not permitted within and will be strictly moderated. Failure to adhere to the standard forum rules, and/or the ones specified below will result in action being taken against your account.
1. Off Topic or Disruptive Posts
- The express purpose of this forum subsection is for guild recruitment, off-topic, disruptive, or posts made with the purpose of angering other users / guilds are not allowed.
- The User shall not create false accounts, threads, or posts in an attempt to impersonate other guilds.
- Keep it on topic, some general banter is permitted as long as it is not done so in an attempt to bump a recruitment thread.
- We get stuff happens in the course of a guilds lifetime, the drama does not belong within these forums.
2. Thread bumping
- The User shall not bump own threads. Replies to own threads with the sole purpose of moving said thread to the top of the forum can lead to a warning with the possible consequence of losing writing permissions on the Astellia forums.
- If the User wants to add more information to a post, the “EDIT” function can be used. It is permitted to reply to own posts once every 48h as long as the follow up post adds new and meaningful information related to the topic.
- Replies to other users posts with the sole purpose of increasing it's visibility are also considered thread bumping as well as spam and will be actioned accordingly.
- Normal replies to other users are not affected by the above mentioned rules.
