Greetings Astellians,

As temperatures begin to drop and winter settles in, the end of 2019 approaches and with it a new year. A time that many reserve for setting goals and personal resolutions for the year. For the Astellia team, this is no different. We’ve been listening closely to the many of you who’ve been requesting a content roadmap, and today we’re excited to bring exactly that to you.

Before we dive into it, we’d like to cover a few key points. Namely, like with any roadmap, there is always a chance that dates can shift. Along with the understanding that the nature of the content listed may change throughout its development.

Please Note: this list is not complete, we have focused on sharing details about the new contents that will be released, this does not include cash shop additions & updates, minor weekend events, class balances, gender unlocking, bug fixes etc.


2019 Roadmap
  • November
  • December
    • Christmas Events:
      • A special Christmas themed Hunting Field, where players can earn holiday themed items and other goodies.
      • Braga Clause comes bearing holiday cheer, and new seasonal quests for all the good little Astellians out there.
    • Item Fusion
      • Take your equipment to the next level by upgrading the equipment Tier and Stats through Item Fusion!
    • Miodan Mine
      • A new land designed for high level players awaits, known as Miodan Mines.

    • New Astel - Enakir
      • A new Astel champion appears, known as Enakir.

      • Pradoten Dungeon is a new style of dungeon, known as a gathering dungeon for crafting materials.

      • Battle against other guilds in 16 vs 16 and 48 vs 48 arenas.

Nice roadmap. However, is raising a level cap relatively soon since the game start a good idea? It means that currently farmed, enhanced (and later fused) equipment will be either thrown into garbage or the non-trivial amount resources will be spent to bring it on-level and enhance again. Of course, it's a thing that happens in MMO sometimes, but it's not happening so often for a good reason, especially in the games where it's not just about the equipment drop, but also about its enhancement (which is a resource sink).

So there may be, its just not on the map currently.

beyond quarter one it could be 8months still long way for lvl cap increase

Honestly I'm surprised that we got so much coming for us, even more so that we're getting stuff that other regions don't even have yet!

It's a shame nowhere does it state that where are any plans to adjust the RNG by either removing some Layers like magestats on meleegear or giving a way to reroll all stats on gear one by one e.g. and the fact there is no mentioning of adjusting the Ticketsystem which makes it so you can't even help anyone out which doesn't have the same goal like you.
So RIP randoms,guildies,anyone who doesn't wanna run the exact same Legendary Dungeon you want,can't even help out in other Leg Dungeons as it ain't the one you need/want!
Ticketsystem adjusting is quick work as it is just numeral changes, takes staff 5min tops to make them all cost 1 Ticket. Fair enough overhauling it takes more work like adding a Quest which gives Tickets ad infinitum,or completely removing them,make them stack over the week etc but changing numbers ain't rocketscience.

Those 2 the RNG and Ticketsystem are in major need of looking at due to the fact those affect EVERYTHING in the whole game now and in the future as they are a major System. More content won't make the flawed Systems which make most People leave anybetter it is just more content with the same flawed in need of fixes system.

This is a Content Roadmap; which they layout out their plans for future Content. What you are talking about is Game Mechanics, and those are usually not addressed in a Content Roadmap.

That is a fairpoint i only read Roadmap and thought it is a general one. Still looking forward to Dezember and the new Map and trying out Avalon tomorrow for a Day just to see it as personally im not a fan of PVP but it is nice to have for people who do.
