How to fix the Download error and maintenance status issue

Hello Astellians,

we understand that some of you are having trouble with downloading the latest patch.
Until our engineers are working to identify the cause, please install this full client that contains all the latest patches:
Latest Client



Also, if you receive an error that the servers are currently undergoing maintenance, but maintenance has concluded, please follow the directions below to resolve your problem.

1. Navigate to:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\cache

2. Delete the "cache" folder and all of its contents.
If the foldes are not visible, follow these steps to view hidden folders:

3. Launch Astellia
