On Wednesday February 19th, we’ll be bringing the servers down for a scheduled maintenance.

[Update] Maintenance is now complete, servers are online.

Maintenance Information

• Servers will come down at 12:00am PST (Midnight) | 09:00 CET.
• Approximate downtime: 3 Hours

Patch Notes

• Parasite Academy Award Winning Event #1 - All players who owned a copy of Astellia from February 18th or before will receive the following gift:
  • Karza's Guile (7 Day) x1 , Niar's Passing (7 Day) x1, Norden's Favor (7 Days) x 1
• Parasite Academy Award Winning Event #2
  • Daily login event, where players can an Academy Trophy with all sorts of goodies inside for logging in each day from 2/18 - 2/25.
• Added a Tier 1 Beeswax Token (Legendary) to the Holy Order's Symbol Merchant.
• Parasite Blindfold - Head Gear released on cash shop

Holy Order's are already useful. Why not add something to the Shining Merchants?

Why i cant play? all peoples back to the game after maintenace, i have this:

I checked on cable and mobile internet. The same problem on both.

Also, if you receive an error that the servers are currently undergoing maintenance, but maintenance has concluded, please follow the directions below to resolve your problem.
1. Navigate to:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\cache
2. Delete the "cache" folder and all of its contents.
3. Launch Astellia

Did you guys forget to add the Tier 1 Beeswax Token (Legendary) to the Holy Order's Symbol Merchant? I can't seem to find it...

I didn't receive anything at all. I have checked Zender shop and nothing in vault.

K.lappt leider bei mir nicht, da ich den Ordner Temp und Cache nicht finden konnte. Habe Astellia auf Festplatte D und alle Ordner durchsucht. Spiel deinstalliert und neues Setup haben auch nichts gebracht.
