Hello Astellians,

if you are experiencing slow network speed, please submit your network information as explained below to cs-ast@barunsonena.com
It will be a big help for us to identify the cause and develop solutions fast.
*Please note that this should be submitted within 2 days of experiencing network latency.




Please run steps #1~5 in the following order:

1. nslookup record

how to:
  1. Run CMD (Windows key -> type "CMD")
  2. Enter nslookup ana-aida.astellia-online.com
  3. Screencapture the result and tell us the time you ran the test
2. ping record

how to:
  1. Run CMD (Windows key -> type "CMD")
  2. Enter ping ana-aida.astellia-online.com
  3. Screencapture the result and tell us the time you ran the test
3. tracert record

how to:
  1. Run CMD (Windows key -> type "CMD")
  2. Enter tracert ana-aida.astellia-online.com
  3. Screencapture the result and tell us the time you ran the test
4. netstat record

how to:

  1. Run CMD (Windows key -> type "CMD")
  2. Enter netstat -ano | findstr "6001 8081"
  3. Screencapture the result and tell us the time you ran the test
5. t1.re record

how to:
  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to http://t1.re
  3. Screencapture the result and tell us the time you ran the test

Hello. Astellians,

The latest maintenance addressed network latency for the players who live outside of North America. If you are experiencing slower network performance after the last maintenance it could be caused by an abnormal DNS. Please see below for more details

1. Please scan your PC for viruses.
2. Please check if your PC uses Proxy or VPN.
3. Please check if the DNS address provided by your Internet provider is correct.

If you are using a router and receive the DNS address automatically using DHCP, do not use the option to receive DNS automatically and, instead, use the DNS address provided by your Internet provider.

If you have gone through all three steps above and the network speed has not improved, please send us the following information to the Customer Support

1. Go to http://t1.re on the PC and finish the Speed Test and check the screen capture + time
2. Open CMD (Windows key + Type 'cmd'. Run Command Prompt) Enter nslookup ana-aida.astellia-online.com in CMD on the pc you're playing the game. Screencapture the result + check the time.
3. Open CMD and enter tracert ana-aida.astellia-online.com in CMD and press enter. Screencapture the result value + time check
